Starting with 2 employees in 2007, Invenio now employs more than 700 people around the world. Meet our Global Leadership Team and discover more about their roles within the business.
I manage Invenio's business globally. I joined Invenio in 2013 with over 25 years of experience. Since then, Invenio has grown from 200 to over 450 people. We've put in place processes, systems and structures that ensure we keep to our core values of customer focus, transparency, value delivery and expertise while maintaining flexibility and agility.
My focus has been on delivering success for our customers while driving transparency, accountability and value delivery through all our engagements. I'm excited about being able to help our customers transform their businesses and achieve success through delivery of business critical projects.
When I'm not at work, I read a lot, especially philosophy and enjoy travelling.
Having joined Invenio as COO in March 2019, my critical responsibilities are to role model the values of the Invenio family, aligned with Invenio Vision and Mission. I will provide best-in-class leadership that enables us to achieve the top 3 goals of the organisation; Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement and becoming recognised as the best consultancy in the world in the sectors we operate. I will also be expanding and enhancing the capabilities of the operations team to support the growth ambitions of the organisation.
I come to Invenio with over 28 years of total experience across different industries, building best-in-class teams and developing excellent operational business relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders ensuring organisation, business and customer objectives are met successfully. I have worked in major companies like Heineken UK, Tesco Bank, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard, driving a range of successful business change programmes.
Outside work, I love spending time with my family, especially getting out and riding our bikes, going to the cinema and playing with Lego! I am an armchair supporter of West Ham United and occasionally get to see them live, but I’m also a keen follower of rugby and attend international games in both Scotland and England whenever I get the chance.
Having founded Invenio in 2006, I have seen and enjoyed the challenges our growth has brought.
Being a qualified chartered accountant and a law graduate, I have always been responsible for the financial, strategy and corporate matters at Invenio which I have managed on a part-time basis, actively supported by Arnab and team. My forte and joy lies in solving customer problems which I continue to do as a solution architect, mainly on public sector projects. Consulting also means a lot of travel, something I enjoy.
Outside Invenio, I love spending time with my joint family.
My role is to manage the technical consultancy function at Invenio. I have a passion for SAP development tools and creating solutions that delight customers. My team define the architecture of new systems and create new Invenio products.
One of the projects I am most proud of is Invenio's HANA Lab, which aims to let customers see just what HANA can do for their business. Since I took my Masters in Computer Science, I have worked across a number of roles including at Siemens where I was Head of SAP Data Warehousing.
I've been working in IT for over 20 years now, helping customers simplify their complex IT landscapes with enterprise architecture and integration architecture to achieve automation and digital transformation.
I spend most of my time at Invenio talking to customers and prospects to understand their vision and future roadmap in order to provide the right solutions to integrate their ERP. I also create and deliver proof of concepts to ensure architecture recommendations work for our customers.
Outside of work, you might find me on adventures drives and exploring nature.
