Starting with 2 employees in 2007, Invenio now employs more than 700 people around the world. Meet our Global Leadership Team and discover more about their roles within the business.
I manage Invenio's business globally. I joined Invenio in 2013, with over 25 years of experience then. Since then, Invenio has grown from 200 to over 900 people. We've put in place processes, systems and structures to manage the growth while ensuring we keep to our core values of customer focus, transparency, value delivery and expertise while maintaining flexibility and agility.
My focus has always been on delivering success for our customers while driving transparency, accountability and value delivery through all engagements. I'm excited about being able to help our customers transform their businesses and achieve success through the delivery of business critical projects.
When I'm not at work, I read a lot, especially philosophy and enjoy spending time with my family.
At Invenio, I am responsible for the financial management and control of the business globally. Over the last 20 years, I have worked as Chief Financial Officer or equivalent in a number of technology companies, both quoted and venture-backed, including eGain Communications, ShipServ and Agillic.
I am very much looking forward to helping the team at Invenio maximise the opportunities that lay before them.
In my spare time I coach field hockey and enjoy watching my kids develop their love of sport. I also have a rhyming picture book coming out in the new year called “Ronnie Rhino and the Missing Horn”. The book (and hopefully future books) are aimed at raising awareness and empathy in children to the plight of endangered animals.
My role at Invenio is a combination of strategy, human resource development and administration functions. I am very excited about joining Invenio with its unique transparent and caring culture coupled with customer centricity.
After starting my career with Indian Air Force, I have worked with different companies within the IT industry, where I have taken on various roles from an engineer to COO/ CHRO while straddling strategy and delivery. My experience with companies like Tech-Mahindra and Moschip coupled with entrepreneurial journey in ikeva and Suvitas enable me to blend customer and P&L focus with people and relationship orientation. I am deeply involved with the local industry and entrepreneurial ecosystem and currently serve as Managing Committee Member of the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association.
At Invenio, I work collaboratively with the leadership team on formulating the company’s strategy and harnessing the talent to deliver against Invenio’s goals, while preserving its values and culture.
Outside of work I enjoy time with family and relish playing a variety of sports, cycling, jogging. If I am not interacting with people then I like reading a good book.
My role is to manage the technical consultancy function at Invenio. I have a passion for SAP development tools and creating solutions that delight customers. My team define the architecture of new systems and create new Invenio products.
One of the projects I am most proud of is Invenio's HANA Lab, which aims to let customers see just what HANA can do for their business. Since I took my Masters in Computer Science, I have worked across a number of roles including at Siemens where I was Head of SAP Data Warehousing.
I've been working in IT for over 20 years now, helping customers simplify their complex IT landscapes with enterprise architecture and integration architecture to achieve automation and digital transformation.
I spend most of my time at Invenio talking to customers and prospects to understand their vision and future roadmap in order to provide the right solutions to integrate their ERP. I also create and deliver proof of concepts to ensure architecture recommendations work for our customers.
Outside of work, you might find me on adventures drives and exploring nature.
I have been Chairman of Invenio since March 2019 and am delighted to have joined the company at such an exciting time. My role is to support the Board in achieving its strategic objectives and also offer my experience or knowledge when relevant in any wider business context.
I have decades of international experience in the IT Services Sector, especially Consulting, Managed Services and Software. I started out as a Software Engineer and have since spent almost 30 years at Board Level. Mostly as MD/CEO, driving growth in mid sized companies but complemented also by some global SI experience. In addition, I have been a Partner in a technology focused Private Equity Investor which gives me a broad business perspective. In particular, I firmly believe that great teams and people make businesses and customers successful, which may sound obvious but is often neglected.
When I am not at work, I am big on sports in general with a great passion for Bristol Bears RFC.
